Ok so far
I bout this a week back and have been using nightly whilst watching TV. I wanted to strengthen my upper legs as is 57 and due to 20 odd years sitting in office I noticed it was not as easy squatting down as it used to be. So far I have noticed that going upstairs is getting easier when carrying washbasket but its early days yet. I do 30 square whilst watching TV. It allows me the confidence to know that if I do squat down to far I have the support there to stop me falling. I also found that if I raise the seat up higher and stand the squatmatic between my legs whilst seated it also helps me work out my abs. As I say its early days and I am still on max tension.

I was a little dubious about buying this product- I am of a certain weight and age with various health issues including inflammation and joint pain. I didn’t think I’d be able to do ten squats let alone 150 a day. It’s amazing and been able to fit them in around the kids has been invaluable. It’s given me such a confidence boost been able to do something I thought was beyond me, it’s even made me assess my eating etc. I feel very motivated and love ticking off my challenge chart (free with purchase). The best things I’ve bought in ages! Highly recommend!

Fantastic for weak knees
Wow what can I say I brought the squat magic about 3 weeks ago and I have just started the 30 day squat challenge!
After a car accident years ago I damaged my left knee and found squats very painful but with the squat magic it is pain free no pressure on my knee at all but still giving me the same workout as conventional squats would do, I am on day 13 and I can already see the difference in my bottom upper legs and thighs. I would definitely recommend this to everyone it’s amazing.

Great exerciser
I bought this product as I have a slip disc and also arthritis, so I struggle to do exercise from the waist down. This item has changed that; for now I’m able to do squats, which not only works on my bottom, but also tones and strenghten my thighs and stomach area. At present I’m managing to do 20-40 squats morning and evening, and I’m truly feeling the benefits of using this product; it’s also easy to use, just make sure that the triangle point on the leg of the product is between your legs when you sit on it, for that is the proper way to sit on the squat machine!!!

I set this up and tried it out for the first time. It slipped from underneath me and tilted. The seat then popped up (maybe because of the angle it slipped and as I was trying to rescue myself I kind of half caught it before it, and I hit the ground) the stick that the seat is attached to will no longer go back inside. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed!!!

I brought my Squat Magic a couple of weeks ago. It came with a poster of different squats which has really helped work different muscle groups and areas of the body. The only issue I have with this machine is the resistance bands pop out every few days. That said once you suss out how to fix this it is quick to do. I can already see and feel a difference with my bum being more pert and my thighs toning up.

It works
I’ve only used the squat magic for 2 weeks but I can tell it’s starting to work already. My only problem was I kept slipping off the seat but I solved the problem by putting some anti slip rug underlay on it.

I was sceptical about this because I’ve read some bad reviews about it breaking etc. I found it really simple to put together and I’ve been following the plan using it every day. I’m not convinced you do a full deep squat like you would if you were just exercising normally. However, you can absolutely feel the burn in your legs and thighs so I’m sure it’s working! I have arthritis in my knees so find squats very painful. I can usually do about 20 before I have to stop. This allows me to so many with very little pain. I would recommend it!
