He’s the Australian personal trainer who helped Rebel Wilson shred more than 30 kilos of her weight. 

And now it appears Jono Castano is working his magic skills Sir Richard Branson.

Posting to his Instagram on Thursday, Jono, 30, shared footage of the 71-year-old Virgin Group founder sprinting on a treadmill.

In the video, the British entrepreneur is seen shirtless as he’s pushed to his limits on the machine.

‘Taking @richardbranson and Katie through their paces @acero HITT STYLE on the @virginvoyages @technogy,’ the fitness trainer captioned the post. 

The trio trained aboard Sir Richard’s very own Virgin cruise, which is equipped with a state of the art gym.

Richard and his training partner Katie can also be seen also hitting the dumbbells hard, as Jono countdowns their reps until exhaustion.

Jono, who owns Sydney-based gym Acero, is no stranger to taking on high-profile clients. 

He’s widely regarded for helping Rebel Wilson transform during her ‘year of health’. 

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in February, Jono said that consistency is key.

‘Be consistent with working out. My thing is 45daily, meaning at least moving for 45 minutes, whether a that’s as simple as a walk or a high intensity workout, whatever you prefer.’

‘I also suggest not only just a 45 minute workout but have other daily goals like 10,000 steps, stretch for 10 minutes and run 3kms.

‘Little goals like that daily can keep you motivated and not want to break your streak.’
