The 41-year-old took to the stage in America for the extravaganza where whole streets were closed off to allow thousands to take part in the special session.

Julie, a personal trainer, had flown out to Indianapolis, for the Beachbody summit, as the US-bsed firm show cases its brand.

And during the trip she not only led a workout for around 4,000 fellow coaches but also another for a crowd of thousands with huge screens set up so enthusiasts could all take part.

Julie, of Newcastle, said: “I am a master trainer for Beachbody and am one of the coaches for people who subscribe.

“I was asked to go up on stage and was like a back-up dancer! Whole streets were closed off to allow it take place and there were massive screens set up.

“It was an amazing experience and to take part on the stage was unforgettable. It’s not every day 20,000 people get to work out in the street together! It was great fun and when fitness is fun, when people stick at it and get results.”
